Design Manager - Ceramic/Polymeric

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating technical and engineering drawings using Computer-Aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software to support the manufacturing process of Ceramic & Polymeric Insulators at Winwin Speciality Insulators Limited. Your role will involve ensuring crucial deadlines are met by being hands-on and proactive in your approach. Key Responsibilities: - Create technical and engineering drawings using CAD/CAM software - Collaborate with engineers to customize insulators based on customer specifications - Verify detailed CAD/CAM drawings to ensure accuracy - Interpret and create engineering drawings as needed - Work closely with engineering and design teams to support the manufacturing process Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Ceramic / Polymeric Insulator Design - Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills - Experience in creating & verifying detailed CAD/CAM drawings - Knowledge of CAD software tools and applications - Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and design teams - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience in the manufacturing industry - Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field,
