Design Lead- Popeyes

As an experienced professional in the field of Interior Design or Architecture, you will lead a team of at least 7 individuals for conceptualizing and designing NBU stores. Your responsibilities will include coordinating services, preparing GFC drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Additionally, you will create concept presentations, interior layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D views using tools like AutoCAD, visualization software, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of at least 7 individuals for conceptualization and interior design of NBU stores. - Coordinate services, prepare GFC drawings, BOQ, and specifications. - Create concept presentations, interior layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D views. - Collaborate with in-house team or external consultants to deliver the entire execution drawings package. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or a related field. - Minimum 12 years of experience.
