SOFT SKILL :

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Design & Development Leadership: Lead the design team in creating new product / tool designs and enhancing existing ones using CAD/CAM/solid works/creo software, from initial concept to a finished, manufacturable product / tools.
• Design for Manufacturability (DfM): Ensure product designs are optimized for efficient, practical, and economical manufacturing techniques. This involves close collaboration with production and quality assurance teams to integrate process constraints into the product/tool design from the outset.
• Project and Team Management: Oversee all design activities, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Mentor and manage the design and development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Compliance: Implement and manage design reviews and quality assurance processes. Ensure all products/ tools and processes adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Technical Support & Documentation: Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams to resolve complex issues. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
