The Role: What You’ll Do We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager to build, optimize, and scale our lifecycle communication strategy—across email & push notifications —to engage, retain, and delight our users. Key Responsibilities Own key email/push notification KPIs including CTR, open rates, retention, engagement, and revenue Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies Design and optimize automated workflows using platforms like Braze or Iterable Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, content, design) Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to guide A/B testing and continuous improvement Ensure email compliance with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM Innovate with new personalization and segmentation strategies Maintain a proactive marketing calendar Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any field) Preferred Skills & Experience Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Leadsquared) Familiarity with Figma and design fundamentals Strong writing skills (long-form and short-form) Understanding of behavioral triggers and user segmentation Analytical mindset and data fluency Strong collaboration and communication abilities Experience in fast-paced B2C environments A Typical Day Start your day analyzing campaign metrics in Braze or Iterable. The role includes creating photo-realistic renders and walkthroughs (animations) for Workspaces and Back-to-Back Pitches. We are looking for a 3D Designer who can polish our pitch decks with stunning visuals. Were looking for someone: Create high-quality renders and walkthroughs for interior spaces. Actively contribute to pitches with collaterals and presentation inputs. Liaise with the architecture, ID, and A&G teams to collaborate on deliverables and plan workload. Establish proper workflows and optimum processes for efficient output of renders and tasks Communicate regularly to Team lead and the project team with project updates 2 - 7 years of professional visualization experience in high-quality corporate or commercial projects Prior experience in a 3D Visualization/Design studio is a must. Proficient in Google SketchUp(V-Ray) , Enscape/Lumion and basic walkthrough generation on these platforms. A good understanding of the fundamentals of design (Color theory, Lighting, Shape, Composition etc.) is a plus Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, and D5 Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills Excellent time management skills Highly resourceful problem solver, quick learner, and excellent team player A commitment to delivering outstanding high-quality renders and animated walkthroughs. Ambitious, out-of-the-box thinker, team player and adaptable personality. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
