Job Description: Design and Estimation Engineer (Fire Safety Industry) Position: Design and Estimation Engineer( Must be from Fire Safety Industry) Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi Salary: 20,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience) Experience: 2 to 6 years Industry: Fire Safety Key Responsibilities: Design: Create detailed designs for fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire pumps, alarm systems, and smoke control systems. Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire safety systems, including material and labor costs based on project scope. Technical Support: Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide design solutions. Drawing Creation: Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) to prepare layout plans, system designs, and schematics. Code Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to fire safety regulations and standards (NFPA, local codes). Bill of Materials (Bom): Prepare and review BOM for projects to ensure the correct components and quantities. Site Coordination: Conduct site visits as required to assess project needs, verify measurements, and resolve design-related issue Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Fire Safety Engineering , or related fields. Experience:2 1 to 6 years of experience in fire safety design, estimation, or related engineering fields. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (fire protection designs). Knowledge of fire safety systems (sprinklers, alarms, pumps, etc.). Understanding of fire safety standards and codes (NFPA, local regulations). Estimation skills and cost analysis for fire safety projects. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
