Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective. Select appropriate materials and components for design durability and performance. Conduct research on fitness trends, biomechanics, and ergonomic standards. Perform design iterations and improvements based on feedback and testing. Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing regulations. Assist in prototyping and provide support during production trials. Requirements: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in gym/fitness equipment design. Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Good understanding of material properties, mechanical systems, and human ergonomics. Experience with prototyping and fabrication processes. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
