Design Engineering Electrical, Control & Instrumentation

As an Instrumentation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling customized turnkey solutions offered by our organization. With a strong background in engineering and site services, your expertise will be utilized in the project locations of Ahmedabad and Vashi. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for entire Field Instruments/Control Valves Data Sheets, Hook-up Detail Drawing Preparation, and control system engineering as well as the final P&ID, Loop Diagrams, Control Philosophy, Cable Schedules, etc. - Selection of Instruments as per process data. - Preparing Instrument Datasheet and Specification. - Preparing Instrument Index, I/O List, Control Valve Selection & FE Sizing. - Preparing Project Schedule, PID, Hook-up Drawings, Control Logic & Control Philosophy. - Floating enquiries for Field Instruments & PLC System. - Technical Evaluation of Offers received from Vendors. - Working along with Project Manager & Draftsmen during Project Execution. - Preparing Cable Schedule, JB Location on Plant Layout. - Be Responsible for getting the Drawings and Technical Data Sheets prepared, checking, and finally approving the same. - Interacting with Purchase Dept. & QA/QC Dept. for execution of the project in time. - Maintain Records Project Wise. - Drawing and Design Control. **Qualification Required:** - B.E/ B.Tech in Instrumentation - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in related OEM / EPC / Engineering Consulting Organization - Technical expertise in electrical, control & instrumentation, P&IDs, Field Instrumentation for Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Measurement, Valves, Pumps & Motors, PLC SCADA & HMI Engineering, Hazardous Area Classifications, SIL 2/3 requirements - Soft skills include an eye for detail, ability to understand lengthy technical specifications, innovative thinking, and standardization practices Please note that the compensation for this position is best suited for deserving candidates.
