Knowledge of vehicle integration
Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of material properties
Basic knowledge of plastic part design
Ability to prepare and verify BOM, assembly sequence and SOP
Knowledge and use case of power tools like lathe, milling machine and radial drill
Ability to develop working prototypes
Knowledge of automotive components like frame, swing arm, suspensions, brakes, etc.
Knowledge of automotive critical automotive values like camber angle, caster angle, CG, riders triangle, etc.
Knowledge of welding fixtures and inspection gauges
Basic knowledge of critical EV components like motor, controller, battery, etc.
