Design Engineer

Venti Oelde India Private Limited is seeking energetic and detail-oriented engineering graduates to join our Design Department as a Design Engineer (Level I).

This entry-level position is designed for candidates who are passionate about mechanical design and looking to build a solid foundation in industrial fan engineering projects.

You will receive hands-on experience across the full design lifecyclefrom initial concept development and 3D modelling to detailed drawing creation, bill of materials (BOM) preparation, and design optimization. Under the guidance of experienced design engineers, youll contribute to real-world engineering solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Employment Type

Full-time (1-year probation period followed by permanent placement on satisfactory completion of training).

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

Experience

02 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed 2D and 3D CAD models of industrial fans and components.
• Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and design documentation in line with project requirements.
• Support engineering calculations and assist in analysing technical data.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (project management, production, and quality) to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Incorporate feedback from internal reviews or client inputs to revise and finalize designs.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain well-organized design files and comply with internal design and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and design principles.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
