Design Engineer- Transmission Line

Role Overview: As a Design Engineer for Civil/Structural projects, your main responsibility will be to collect and analyze inputs necessary for the assigned design activities. You will review technical specifications and identify relevant clauses for tower and foundation design. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing, reviewing, and optimizing structural designs for transmission line towers and foundations before submission. It will be crucial for you to ensure the accuracy and optimization of civil and structural materials. Collaboration with execution teams to resolve design-related issues during project implementation will also be part of your role. You will participate in tower testing activities at various test beds to validate design compliance. Developing BOQs and design documentation for pre-tender submissions, coordinating post-award design submissions, and securing client approvals for all design deliverables will also be your responsibilities. Lastly, you will need to maintain and archive all engineering documents in compliance with ISO quality standards.
