Design Engineer

• Design plastic components, injection moulds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling using CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, Catia, etc.).
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and assembly layouts as per client specifications.
• Perform tolerance analysis, part feasibility, DFM/DFMEA, and mould flow considerations.

2. CNC/VMC Programming (Basic to Intermediate)

• Create CNC/VMC machining programs for mould components, electrodes, and precision parts (using CAM software like Mastercam, Power mill, etc.).
• Prepare machining setup sheets and coordinate with operators.

3. Prototyping & Development

• Work with production and tooling teams for prototype trials.
• Conduct mould trial follow-ups, part modification, and improvement activities.

4. Documentation

• Prepare BOM, design reports, revision histories, and technical documentation.
• Maintain design data, standards, and project records.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with quality, production, marketing, and customers for design reviews.
• Provide technical support during mould assembly, trials, and troubleshooting.
