Design Engineer - Mechanical Stress (WET IC)

1. Experience with pressure vessels, tanks and Heat exchanges preferable in Water Industrial effluent treatment and Hydrocarbon / Chemical / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors .
2. Knowledge of PVELITE tool and Manual design calculation using Section VIII, Div-I
3. Good coordination skill with all the other Engineering disciplines, engineering sub-contractors, Vendors, and construction teams.
4. Study of ITB document in detail and identification /application of project specific salient points
5. Experience in preparation of Inquiry & Purchase technical specifications, review of vendor drawings, coordination with various disciplines such as Process, instrumentation, piping, civil, electrical, vendors and clients.
6. Fully conversant with international design codes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tank

Other Job Requirements

1. Good knowledge of major industry practices
2. Codes and Standards (e.g. API, ASME, HI, NFPA, PIP etc.)

Basic Job Requirements:

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical, Experience: 8-14 years in a Consulting / Engineering (EPC environment) preferable in Water Industrial effluent treatment and Hydrocarbon / Chemical / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.

Required Candidate profile:

The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering. The candidate should have full time work experience of 5-8 years.
