Position: Simulation & Feasibility Qualification - BE/ Diploma Mechanical Job Location - Shendra, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Responsibilities: •Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 GSD (Generative Shape Design) Surfacing Module. Hands-on experience with AutoForm simulation software. Independently handle critical parts dieface, FCR, and later operations modeling. * Basic knowledge of sheet metal formability, stamping simulation, tool design, and tryouts. * Rectify simulation-based problems and optimize processes. * Study dimensional feedbacks and FCR requirements. ⚫Feasibility knowledge of stamping/press parts including RM utilization, process definition, and die size calculation..
