Role & responsibilities CAD Drafting (2D): • Prepare detailed 2D drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. • Convert hand sketches or conceptual drawings into technical CAD layouts. • Coordinate and update drawings as per site conditions and client feedback. • Ensure adherence to industry and company-specific drafting standards. 2. 3D Modeling & Rendering: • Develop 3D models using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max. • Apply materials, textures, and lighting to generate realistic renders. • Provide 3D walkthroughs or still visualizations for client presentations. • Optimize files for clarity and performance. 3. Coordination & Revisions: • Work closely with design, execution, and sales teams to understand design intent. • Update CAD/3D files as per design changes or client inputs. • Support in preparing working drawings for on-site execution. 4. Software Skills Required: • AutoCAD (mandatory) • Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (for presentations, if required)
