Design- Engineer

• Involve in customize designing of tablet compression and capsule machines.
• Preparing the General Arrangement drawings, 3D Models of machines and assemblies with the detailed part drawings for manufacturing purpose.
• Assist in machine shop for manufacturing of any critical machine part.
• Assist in compiling design to CNC machine for precise machining.
• Involve in sketch work of the machine parts and assembly drawings and converting the same using computer aided designing software.
• Creating the Exploded views of the different assemblies and part for the easy understating of the customers with the help of 3D software Solid Works.
• Creating the 3D Model of Difference types of Molding Dies & Patterns.
• Hand on experience in Design of new projects from setting new parameters, calculation to end of manufacturing process.
• Good in problem solving and completing the task in a set time frame.
• Should possess good analytical ability in identifying the root cause analysis and solution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have knowledge of Design Software: AutoCAD & Solid Edge / Solid Works.
