From a company having a turnover of 200 cr plus with a proven track record of delivering innovative packaging solutions for diverse applications alternately from a manufacturing industry with exposure to packaging. - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., 3D SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc) and, with strong technical drawing and visualization skills. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics, with a focus on optimizing packaging performance, cost, and sustainability. - Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creative thinking, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable design solutions. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and design trends.
