Role Overview As an Associate BDE & Sales at BrandStory , you will be a key contributor to revenue growth and the expansion of our client portfolio. Your primary mandate is to identify, qualify, and acquire new clients , while also nurturing relationships for long-term business opportunities. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of BrandStorys services , including Digital Marketing, Branding, Technology, Employer Branding, PR, and Content Solutions. The role demands the ability to translate client challenges into customized solutions , building persuasive value propositions. You will serve as a brand ambassador , representing BrandStory in pitches, networking events, and industry forums. Collaboration is core: youll work with marketing (for lead generation), pre-sales (for solutioning), and delivery teams (for execution alignment). Success will be measured not just by meeting sales quotas , but also by building trusted client relationships that enable cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This is a growth-track role that positions you to advance into Senior Associate, Team Lead, or Key Account Management pathways within BrandStory. ????? A Day-in-the-Life (Snapshot) Morning: Review your CRM dashboard, prioritize leads, and plan outreach activities. Midday: Conduct discovery calls or meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs. Afternoon: Collaborate with pre-sales to create tailored proposals and coordinate with marketing for lead-generation campaigns. Evening: Follow up on open opportunities, update CRM records, and share pipeline progress with your manager. Weekly Rhythm: Attend internal sales huddles and pipeline review meetings. Prepare and deliver client pitches. Share competitor and market intelligence with leadership. Nurture prospects via LinkedIn/social selling. ???? Key Responsibilities 1.Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and qualify prospects through digital platforms, events, referrals, and outbound campaigns. Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and emerging sectors. Develop and deliver compelling pitches aligned with client objectives. 2. Sales & Pipeline Management Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate reporting on CRM. Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets. 3.Client Relationship Management Build rapport with decision-makers to establish BrandStory as a trusted advisor. Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to delivery teams. Maintain long-term engagement for repeat business and upsell opportunities. 4.Collaboration & Reporting Align with marketing for campaign-driven lead generation. Work with pre-sales for customized solution design. Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and insights on market trends. ???? KPIs & Success Metrics Quarterly and annual sales quota achievement. New client acquisition (number of new logos onboarded). Pipeline health: qualified opportunities and conversion rates. Proposal-to-closure ratio. CRM data accuracy and hygiene. ????? Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales experience , preferably in digital marketing, branding, or technology services . Excellent prospecting, networking, and lead qualification skills . Ability to build compelling proposals and presentations . Strong negotiation and closing skills . Hands-on with CRMs (Monday / Zoho etc). Highly motivated, self-starter with resilience and result orientation. ? Pre-Requisites Must have knowledge of BrandStorys service offerings : Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, ABM, PR) Branding (Brand Strategy, Employer Branding, Design Collateral, GTM Campaigns) Technology (Website Development, UI/UX, Website Maintenance, Video Production & Content Services) Bonus: Prior agency experience with multi-service solution selling. Proven success in consultative B2B selling. ???? Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 35 years of proven success in business development or B2B sales . ???? Responsibilities: You will produce and deliver quality design collateral for various projects from concept to final deliverable. It is essential to present and explain design solutions based on best practices and industry standards. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining the product icon library, providing support with branded graphics, product icons, splash screen graphics, and visual marketing collaterals. Additionally, you will apply established layout principles and innovative techniques to achieve the desired design direction, ensuring consistency and integrity with our product brand and guidelines. Your ability to transform data into understandable visual narratives, strong infographic design skills, and visual storytelling abilities will be crucial. You will also ensure visual consistency across different browsers, platforms, and screen sizes, staying updated on technology, design trends, and emerging UI patterns. Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a visual designer role and a portfolio showcasing design solutions across various platforms and services. Experience with design systems, toolkits, and front-end UI standards is required. A strong understanding and appreciation of typography and visual design principles are essential, along with experience in designing for multiple platforms such as desktop, mobile web, Android, iOS, and tablet web/apps. You must be capable of taking ownership of projects from concept design to completion, including storyboards, sketches, prototypes, and pixel-perfect artworks. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Design Suite, InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat is necessary, while knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, and HTML5 is desirable. Other Attributes: We are seeking an individual with a flexible and proactive working style, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership in problem resolution. A deep appreciation for user-centered design, understanding of responsive and adaptive design methods, and the ability to multitask under pressure are key attributes.
