As a Junior Architect (Project In-Charge) at Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd in the Designing department, you will be responsible for handling architectural and interior designing aspects of projects under the guidance of the Principal Designer. Reporting functionally to the Principal Designer/Senior Designer and administratively to the Senior Designer, you will work closely with interns as immediate level subordinates. Your key objectives in this role include co-ordinating with the Principal Architect, preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and estimates, creating designs and construction documents, and assisting in the presentation of materials. You will support the Principal Architect in site evaluation, quality and design checks, as well as participate in designing and sample collection. Regular site visits will be required for checking with plans and ensuring quality control. Furthermore, you will be responsible for explaining designs, collaborating with the production and dispatch department, controlling manufacturing orders to meet timelines, planning and releasing orders for materials, and coordinating with vendors for samples and meetings. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Architect, excluding internships. The compensation for this role is a CTC of INR 2.16 to 3.0 Lakh based on competency. This is a full-time position with benefits that include paid sick time and a performance bonus.
