DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

You should have 7 to 15 years of experience in the relevant field to be considered for this role. The annual salary for this position will be as per the company standards, and the job is located in Mumbai. The required qualifications include a CIPET Degree/Diploma along with a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in software such as UG NX, SOLID WORKS, AUTO CAD, and Office Tools is also necessary. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements for new product designs and developments, participating in planning, costing, and material selection, creating drawings using software, analyzing designs from various perspectives, selecting appropriate materials, coordinating with mould makers and the factory team for product development, providing administrative support to various stakeholders, working on existing products and moulds for quality enhancements, and preparing ISO documents. You will be expected to prepare innovative designs using software, coordinate with mould makers, factory, and head office teams, and oversee the trials of moulds at the factory. The role is that of a Manager in Design & Product Development within the Plastic industry, specifically focusing on Product Design & Development.
