Programme Overview Flutter has undertaken a major initiative to transform HR through the end-to-end design and implementation of a future state HR experience, which involves a redesign of the operating model and implementing a range of HR systems such as Workday, Beamery and Peakon, to deliver a digitally enabled HR function and workplace. This initiative allows for dynamic decision making, global streamlined and automated processes, a digital mindset, all while providing the right structure and tools to manage people and business growth. As Flutter continues to expand across the globe, further support will be required to onboard new brands to the global HR ecosystem and to continuously refine and enhance the functionality and processes built today. Role Overview This role is responsible for enabling the success of the Talent, Performance and Learning processes and solutions including the design and delivery of functionality such as goals, feedback, succession planning, performance and learning. The Design Analyst will support the Design Lead to build an exceptional employee experience by managing requirements and competing priorities in a high growth environment. This full-time role is expected to start May 2025. Some out of hours will be required to fulfil project needs and international working times. The role is hybrid, but the nature of the role may require some level of travel during the project and at key times of the project may be heavy (examples are design workshops, during testing and for go-live).
