We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer at Pine Labs who is passionate about creating elegant and user-focused designs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business, product, technology, and design teams to deliver superior experiences. You will have the opportunity to oversee end-to-end experiences, work on various online services, and present expansive content and functionality tailored to Indian merchants and their users. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for both web and mobile applications, based on user feedback and business requirements. You will conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, iterate on designs, and ensure the final product meets user expectations. Collaboration with the team is essential to implement user-centered design processes and maintain consistency across applications. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, and proficiency in tools like Sketch and Figma. A solid grasp of UI design principles, user-centered design, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects are key requirements. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of design accessibility best practices are also valuable.
