The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, graphic design, website design, and content creation. This role requires good communication skills, the ability to promote products, and the confidence to handle client or customer calls when required Role & responsibilities Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.). Support in content creation for websites, blogs, emailers, and social media using the latest tools. Design engaging visual content using tools like CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop . Contribute to website design and updates using basic HTML/CSS or platforms like WordPress (as applicable). Promote products/services through digital channels and customer outreach. Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of marketing promotions or customer interaction campaigns. Monitor and report the performance of campaigns and provide input for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop , and other basic design tools . Basic knowledge of website design and UI/UX principles . Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or similar AI-based platforms. Good verbal and written communication skills . Creative thinking and ability to multitask.
