About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using modern frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who values clean code, high performance, and collaboration across frontend, and data science teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask . Integrate and process data from APIs, databases, and external systems . Implement asynchronous workflows using asyncio, async/await, background tasks, or WebSockets . Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) for stability and coverage . Apply security best practices across services (authentication, authorization, encryption, validation). Diagnose and resolve production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging libraries, frameworks, and industry best practices . Required Qualifications 2–3 years of professional experience building applications in Python. Solid understanding of core Python, object-oriented principles, algorithms, and data structures. Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio, async/await). Experience building RESTful APIs or microservices (FastAPI, Django, Flask). Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and query optimization. Experience with Docker for containerized development and deployment. Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows. Experience writing and maintaining tests with pytest or unittest. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with FastAPI (Pydantic, dependency injection, middleware, background tasks). Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, Django Channels). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Knowledge of docker container. Experience building streaming services or analytics pipelines. Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the Python/AI community.
