Role & responsibilities Design and develop advertising creatives , including social media posts, print ads, banners, flyers, hoardings, and in-store displays. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns . Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for printing, hoarding placements, and media execution . Ensure on-site verification of hoarding placements and promotional materials. Maintain brand identity across all designs, ensuring high-quality and appealing visuals for jewellery retail promotions. Support digital marketing with engaging creatives for social media and website . Monitor competitor advertisements and design trends to suggest innovative ideas. Work closely with management for seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and new product launches.

As an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Oil & Gas projects, you will be responsible for designing Electrical Distribution Systems across various voltage levels adhering to international standards. Your primary duties will include preparing Design Basis, Load lists, Cable schedules, Single Line Diagrams, and schematics. You will conduct Equipment sizing calculations for Transformers, Generators, Cables, and other components. Additionally, your role will involve performing lighting calculations, Earthing, and Lightning Protection assessments using software like Dialux. You should have hands-on experience with System Studies software such as ETAP or SKM to model electrical systems, conduct load flow, short circuit, and protection relay setting studies. Your responsibilities will extend to creating technical specifications, data sheets, and RFQs for Electrical Equipment. You will review technical offers, vendor documents, and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Collaboration is key in this role as you will coordinate with various disciplines including Designers, Architects, and Engineers. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical guidance for Layout designs of substations, lighting, and other electrical systems. A Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university along with 9-11 years of relevant experience in Electrical design for the Oil & Gas sector is required. Familiarity with design software like Dialux, ETAP, and computer proficiency in MS Office are essential. Reports To: CEO / Managing Director / Head of Real Estate Industry: Industrial & Logistics Real Estate / Warehousing Infrastructure Job Purpose: To lead the planning, design, and execution of warehousing and logistics infrastructure development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget. The role demands strategic oversight of all development activities from land feasibility through to construction handover. -- Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Feasibility Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies for land parcels. Liaise with legal, design, and finance teams for project appraisal. Prepare development budgets, project timelines, and risk assessments. 2. Design Management Guide architects and consultants to develop optimized warehouse designs. Ensure designs meet global logistics standards (Grade A, FM2 flooring, dock-to-bay ratio, etc.). Incorporate sustainability, safety, and compliance parameters (e.g., IGBC/LEED certification). 3. Project Execution Oversee multiple warehousing projects (greenfield/brownfield) simultaneously. Ensure construction milestones are achieved within timelines and cost constraints. Monitor contractor performance, quality control, and safety protocols on-site. 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Appoint and manage vendors, consultants, and EPC contractors. Coordinate with internal teams legal, leasing, finance, and asset management. Manage liaisoning with government authorities for necessary approvals and NOCs. 5. Budgeting & Cost Control Monitor development budgets and approve cost estimates. Implement value engineering measures without compromising quality. Track variations and change orders proactively. 6. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (fire NOC, environmental clearance, FSI rules). Conduct regular audits for quality assurance and safety compliance. Ensure projects are completed with zero non-compliance issues. 7. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing development team (project managers, engineers, planners). Provide mentorship, training, and performance oversight. --- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of warehousing/logistics infrastructure standards. Proven ability to lead large-scale construction projects end-to-end. Excellent vendor and stakeholder management. In-depth knowledge of statutory norms, building codes, and ESG practices. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. --- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (MBA preferred). 15–20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in industrial/warehouse/logistics park development is essential. Familiarity with industrial park layouts, zoning, and clearances in India. --- Preferred Backgrounds: Warehousing & logistics park developers (e.g., ESR, Indospace, Welspun One). Large EPC contractors handling industrial projects. REITs and institutional real estate platforms.
