Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Executive / Front Desk Associate / Study Abroad Counsellor. The individual will be responsible for handling front desk operations, providing customer support, addressing inquiries related to higher education in Germany, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient communication with clients and students. Daily tasks will include interacting with clients, resolving issues, updating records, and offering guidance on study abroad processes and opportunities. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities Prior experience in educational consultancy or a related field is a plus Bachelor
