Role Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the marketing, positioning, and growth of our costume jewellery brand. The role will focus on building a strong identity, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand experience across all touchpoints—retail, e-commerce, and digital. Key Responsibilities: • Brand Strategy : Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to strengthen market presence. • Marketing & Campaigns : Lead seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, influencer tie-ups, exhibitions, and partnerships. • Digital Presence : Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and collaborations with bloggers/influencers. • Product Alignment: Work with design & merchandising teams to position collections based on fashion trends and customer insights. • Retail & E-commerce: Support POS marketing, optimize product listings, and plan promotions across sales channels. • Analysis & Reporting : Track brand visibility, campaign ROI, and consumer feedback to guide decisions. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing/Fashion Management or related field. • 5–8 years of experience in brand/marketing roles within jewellery, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sectors. • Strong understanding of fashion and consumer trends. • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics. • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
