Dermatologist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to deliver advanced aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology services. The role focuses on non-surgical cosmetic treatments, patient counselling, and ensuring high standards of safety, ethics, and client satisfaction in a premium clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dermatology

• Perform and supervise aesthetic procedures including:
• Botox & Dermal Fillers
• Laser hair reduction & laser skin treatments
• Chemical peels & medi-facials
• PRP for skin & hair
• Acne scar & pigmentation treatments
• Anti-aging and body contouring procedures
• Assess skin & hair concerns and design customised treatment plans
• Ensure proper pre-procedure counselling and post-procedure care

Patient Consultation & Counselling

• Conduct detailed cosmetic consultations
• Explain treatment options, risks, outcomes, and maintenance plans
• Ensure informed consent and realistic patient expectations
• Review progress and modify treatment plans as required

Clinical Governance & Safety

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards
• Ensure correct usage of lasers and aesthetic devices
• Handle complications or adverse events promptly and ethically
• Maintain accurate medical records and photographic documentation

Team Coordination & Training

• Supervise aestheticians, therapists, and nursing staff
• Guide the sales / counselling team on appropriate treatment recommendations
• Participate in internal training, audits, and SOP development

Qualifications & Requirements Education

• MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology
• Valid NMC / State Medical Council registration

Experience

• 1–6+ years of experience in cosmetic / aesthetic dermatology
• Hands-on experience with lasers, injectables, and advanced procedures preferred
• Fresh MD/DNB with strong aesthetic training may be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
