As an Equity Stockbroker, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to clients in the Thrissur-Round South, Kokkalai, Irinjalakuda, Chalakkuda area. Your role will involve executing and managing client orders on stock trading terminals with speed, accuracy, and precision. It is essential to have a Degree qualification and proficiency in equity trading, securities knowledge, and NCFM/NISM certification. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely trade confirmation at the end of the day (EOD), maintaining meticulous record-keeping, and updating clients regularly on their positions with expert market insights and actionable advice. You will be expected to facilitate flawless order execution to deliver superior customer service and encourage dormant clients to engage more actively in the market. Cross-selling a range of financial products and services to expand clients" portfolios, fostering long-term relationships, and leveraging client referrals to drive business growth will be crucial aspects of your role. Keeping clients informed about market trends, company research reports, and new IPO opportunities will help ensure that they are always ahead of the curve. This is a permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 19,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month plus incentives, you will also receive benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts and fixed shifts, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree, NISM certification, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.
