Deputy Manager-Maintenance

As the Deputy Manager-Maintenance at our location in Sikandrabad, UP, with 10-12 years of experience and a CTC of Rs.7.20 LPA, your primary responsibility is to ensure the optimal performance of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing environment. You will be overseeing maintenance activities, including breakdown, preventive, and productive maintenance. Your role involves managing maintenance schedules and data analysis to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Your essential knowledge should include an in-depth understanding of sheet metal-related machines such as power presses, Amada press brakes, lasers, and Cut-To-Length (CTL) machines. Additionally, familiarity with assembly line machinery like gas charging, welding (WLD), and conveyors is crucial. Desirable knowledge would encompass basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as knowledge of PLC, HMI drives, and relay valves. Your principal accountabilities will revolve around maintenance management, maintenance scheduling, data management, and spare parts management. In terms of skills and knowledge, you should be proficient in handling sheet metal and assembly line machines, including Amada machines, hydraulic machines, injection molding, gas charging, and ultrasonic machines. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is required, along with 10-12 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Functional skills that you should possess include strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage and guide a team, as well as excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
