Deputy Manager - Group Insurance

You will be joining M&G Global Services Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of the M&G plc group of companies, operating as a Global Capability Centre since 2003. Your role will involve data collection for managing insurance programs, including sourcing and consolidating data such as asset values, wage roll, and business interruption data. You will assist in the disclosure process for financial lines Business Unit and ensure timely conduct of RCAs (asset revaluations) for insurance contract renewals. Additionally, you will assist in mid-term alterations to cover, manage reviews of landlord/tenant works, and oversee insurance due diligence for property acquisitions. As a master user of Lighthouse, you will monitor data updates, run reports, and provide training sessions to users. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing invoicing for European RE insurance programs, handling claims related to property damage, employers liability, and public liability, and obtaining updates on financial lines claims. You will maintain key action dates, provide summaries of transactions, coordinate meetings with brokers/insurers, and manage the RE shared insurance outlook mailbox. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining intranet pages with relevant content and ensuring proper communication within the department. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to support content creation and ensuring effective communication channels are maintained.,
