Deputy Manager - Affordable Housing
Job Purpose
To handle and provide solutions for transactional activities of the field team and ensure the end-to-end implementation of projects to satisfy requirements. Duties and Responsibilities

Resolving SFDC functions related issues

Resolving BRE level issues

Educating internal and field teams on issues due to training requirements

Constant observation of issues raised by the field team

Raising regular IT requests to resolve issues

Maintaining constant communication between IT and Product teams to identify changes

Attending bi-weekly meetings with IT to find comprehensive solutions

Identifying solutions to repetitive problems and submitting BRD

Interacting with field teams to identify exact issues

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or equivalent

1+ years of experience in finance industry support of systems

Well versed in MS Office

Agile ability regarding work timings
