Job Description

Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff performance. Inventory Management: Ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste. Sales and Revenue Generation: Developing strategies to drive sales, meet targets, and increase profitability. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Store Appearance and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment. Financial Management: Managing the store's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met. Compliance and Legal Issues: Ensuring the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and licensing requirements. Security and Loss Prevention: Implementing and enforcing security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses. Visual Merchandising: Creating appealing displays and layouts to enhance the customer experience. Project Planning and Execution: Planning and executing store projects such as promotions, product launches, and inventory management.
