Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive Container Operations to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in customer service and operations within the logistics industry, with a strong focus on container handling, depot coordination, and transportation management. Key Responsibilities Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor and manage container stock Track and record depot activities (owned & third-party) Update and maintain inventory condition and allocation reports Reconcile stock reports across multiple sources Operational Coordination: Handle depot-related release and drop-off processes Coordinate with surveyors and depots for CSC and container surveys Issue release and drop-off orders promptly Manage transportation arrangements and related documentation Oversee the domestication process and manage re-export details Documentation & Reporting: Upload release and drop-off instructions in a timely manner Handle invoicing for transportation, vendors, and domestication activities Qualifications & Skills Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Operations within the logistics or container line industry Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word) Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication High attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination Location: Andheri, Mumbai If you are passionate about logistics and ready to take your operations career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
