Guide and mentor the testing team member on the over-all test strategy, Planning, Test case preparation, Test data preparation, Test execution Communicate project statuses, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner. Help with expanding the current test cases to ensure complete test coverage of the System. Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function Involve in Test Case reviews and update the test cases accordingly Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using Quality Center or similar tools/means Act as a first escalation point for all stakeholders, including internal testing team escalation Provide support during the implementation phase, including data migration and system integration. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper system setup and performance. Train end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the system. Qualifications: 8-13 years of hands-on experience in Automation testing and quality assurance activities including functional, regression, smoke, system testing. Testing experience in Banking domain & Temenos T24 Experience in the entire Test life cycle processes, quality metrics, tools (test management tools(Quality Center/ALM etc), Hands-on experience with automated testing tools: Cucumber (for BDD-style automated testing) Test tools: Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, K6 Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Tableau Tracing / observability tools: Dynatrace / Open Telemetry / Grafana Tempo & Lok /Splunk Experience in analysing and optimizing non-functional requirements (e.g., performance) Experience in SDLC and agile development methodologies Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and Quality Assurance policies and practices Ability to work effectively in fast paced multi-team test development Excellent cross-platform analysis and troubleshooting ability Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly adjust to changing tasks Excellent written & verbal communication, and analytical skills. Experience working in remote/virtual teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Your client responsibilities Need to work as a team lead in one or more Temenos T24 projects.
