Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically adept Pre-Sales Consultant AI/ML Services who will act as a bridge between the sales and delivery teams. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, crafting AI/ML-driven solutions, and presenting them in a compelling manner to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored AI/ML solution proposals. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to identify business problems that can be solved with AI/ML technologies. Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries from clients with customized solution documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to design high-level architecture, use case frameworks, and success metrics. Stay updated with AI/ML trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders on the client side. Participate in strategy meetings to refine offerings and go-to-market approaches. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales role in AI/ML or advanced analytics domain. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, model development, and deployment lifecycle. Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions using ML algorithms, NLP, Computer Vision, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Experience with enterprise clients in industries like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer).
