Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. A typical day involves coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as planned. You will also oversee training and pilot programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are adequately prepared for the deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to the deployment plan. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
