As a Principal Enterprise Architect at Mastercard's Global Customer Delivery & Care (GCD&C) CX Technology team, you will be responsible for leading the architecture of strategic initiatives within CX Technology. Your role will involve designing scalable and reliable customer engagement platforms in collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure architectural integrity and business alignment. Your key responsibilities will include leading high-level architecture efforts for strategic CX Technology programs, partnering with Solution Architects to design scalable solutions, guiding and mentoring engineering teams, and translating business requirements into technical strategies. You will also conduct architecture reviews, simplify existing architectures, and champion engineering excellence through hands-on design contributions. Within GCD&C CX Technology, you will develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, define architectural principles and standards, and ensure consistency across products and services. Additionally, you will provide governance oversight, drive simplification and standardization of technology capabilities, and collaborate with various teams to ensure architectural integrity and security compliance. To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical expertise including the ability to communicate complex architectural concepts, experience in designing for cloud-native environments, proficiency in full-stack engineering, and expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies. You should also possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills along with experience in customer-driven product and platform improvements. Qualifications for this position include 7+ years of hands-on architecture experience, a proven track record of engineering leadership, strong organizational and influencing skills, and experience in leveraging customer feedback for continuous improvements. As part of Mastercard's security responsibility, you are expected to abide by security policies, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.
