Department Manager

Store Operations:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and meets company standards.

Supervise store activities, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.

Staff Supervision:

Assist in hiring, training, and developing store employees.

Supervise and provide guidance to staff members to ensure productivity and adherence to store policies.

Schedule employee shifts and manage daily staffing needs.

Conduct performance evaluations, give constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Motivate the team to reach sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Customer Service:

Support the Store Manager in driving store sales by implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve store performance.

Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns or events to attract customers.

Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Inventory & Merchandising:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are replenished in a timely manner.

Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with company guidelines.

Assist with managing inventory, conducting stock checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Participate in annual or periodic inventory audits.
