Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
Oversee team supervision, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in department management or related field (retail operations).
Strong skills in floor operations, floor management, inventory management, retail operations, shrinkage control, stock management, team supervision, and visual merchandising.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
