Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Understand manpower requirements across departments Draft and post job advertisements on portals and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews with department heads Maintain a recruitment tracker and prepare offer letters Build and manage a pool of candidates for future needs HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records and HR documents (physical & digital) Assist in joining formalities, ID creation, and induction processes Support payroll data preparation and leave tracking Assist in policy communication and employee engagement activities Coordinate for travel expense claims, HR-related purchases, etc. Maintain proper filing of contracts, agreements, and compliance docs Coordination & Communication Act as a link between management and employees Support inter-branch coordination (Rajkot, Morbi, Ahmedabad) Ensure smooth internal communication via email and HR systems Desired Candidate Profile : Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Admin, or related field Experience in recruitment and basic HR operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace Ability to work independently and take ownership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 1 year (Required) Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
