Dentist Lead

Role & responsibilities: Oversee and manage dental clinics or hospital dental departments within the assigned zone. Develop and implement zonal strategies aligned with organizational goals. Monitor zone performance through KPIs (e.g., patient volume, revenue, patient satisfaction, treatment quality). Ensure consistent and high-quality clinical care across all units in the zone. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote continuous professional development Identify growth opportunities: new clinic locations, service expansions, or partnerships. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase patient acquisition. Monitor and resolve escalated patient complaints and feedback. To maintain regular reports, insights, and recommendations with leadership. Preferred candidate profile BDS/MDS with significant clinical experience. MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Administration. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
