Job Summary

ATS Dental Clinic is looking for a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our multidisciplinary dental team. As a dentist at our clinic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and delivering high-quality dental care to patients of all age groups. Success in this role means ensuring excellent patient outcomes, building trust, and upholding our commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning with precision and clarity.
• Deliver a wide range of dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, costs, and preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with specialists, assistants, and front-office staff for seamless patient experiences.
• Uphold clinical hygiene, sterilization protocols, and all health & safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with new dental techniques and advancements through continued education.
• Provide a warm and empathetic environment for patients, especially those with dental anxiety.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresher or Intern
• BDS or MDS from a recognized dental college (DCI registered).
• Valid Dental Council of India license to practice.
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in general dentistry; experience in cosmetic, pediatric, or implant dentistry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and regional language(s).
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Compassionate approach with a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
