As a dentist at our clinic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and delivering high-quality dental care to patients of all age groups. Success in this role means ensuring excellent patient outcomes, building trust, and upholding our commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry. Key Responsibilities Perform dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning with precision and clarity. Deliver a wide range of dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans. Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, costs, and preventive strategies. Collaborate with specialists, assistants, and front-office staff for seamless patient experiences. Uphold clinical hygiene, sterilization protocols, and all health & safety standards. Keep up-to-date with new dental techniques and advancements through continued education. Provide a warm and empathetic environment for patients, especially those with dental anxiety. Qualifications & Skills Fresher or Intern BDS or MDS from a recognized dental college (DCI registered). Valid Dental Council of India license to practice. Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply). Proficiency in general dentistry; experience in cosmetic, pediatric, or implant dentistry is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and regional language(s). Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
