As a female Dental Receptionist at our well-established dental clinic near Salem Agraharam, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team in various administrative and clinical tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing patients for dental procedures, maintaining infection control standards by sterilizing instruments, setting up trays, and assisting during treatments. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in managing medical and dental emergencies, recording treatment information accurately, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree qualification along with a minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent customer service and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will also involve taking and recording medical histories, vital signs, and dental x-rays, as well as caring for dental equipment and managing inventory. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ordering dental supplies, fabricating temporary restorations, and providing patients with information on oral health care programs. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to their work, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic and maintaining a high standard of patient care at all times. This is a full-time, permanent position with the possibility of working day shifts or rotational shifts based on the clinic's schedule.
