Hiring Female Receptionist for reputed Dental Clinic in Bellandur, Bangalore
We are looking for experienced candidates preferably in multi chair dental clinic
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments which include coordinating with patients and doctors
Billing Management
Exceptional oral and written communications - English
Computer skills - Microsoft office, excel, word
Maintaining Patient Records for easy access and follow up appointment
Handling incoming calls for scheduling and coordinating with doctors
Follow up calls to patients
Coordinate with patients and the Doctors, Directing the Patient to the concerned Doctor properly.
Handling the entire reception operations
Gather patients' feedback
Enthusiastic and a team player
Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm ( Monday to Saturday)
