Dental Nurse/Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and professional Dental Nurse to join our friendly dental team. The successful candidate will provide chairside support to clinicians, ensure high standards of infection control, and deliver excellent patient care within a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists, hygienists, and therapists during all clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the clinical environment, including sterilisation of instruments and equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort, explaining treatments and providing reassurance throughout appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient notes and update medical histories.
• Mix and prepare dental materials as required.
• Manage stock levels and order supplies when needed.
• Handle reception duties when required, including booking appointments and assisting with patient enquiries.
• Comply with health & safety, safeguarding, radiation protection, and GDPR policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
