Dental Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Provide high-quality patient care, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling using dental software.
• Sterilise instruments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Excellent nursing skills with a solid understanding of dental procedures.
• Strong IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
