Dental Lab Technician

Role Overview: Whistle, a brand owned by Star Smile Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is a high-growth D2C startup operating in the Clear Aligners space. The company is dedicated to transforming the smiles of millions through innovative technology, with a strong focus on utilizing AI, 3D printing, and cutting-edge materials in their in-house manufacturing. As a Dental Lab Technician at Whistle, you will play a crucial role in the design, fabrication, and adjustment of orthodontic appliances, working closely with dental impressions, molds, and digital scans to produce accurate orthodontic devices. You will operate dental lab equipment, maintain a clean and organized lab space, ensure quality control, and collaborate with orthodontists and other technicians for custom cases. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, fabrication, and adjustment of orthodontic appliances (like braces and retainers) - Work closely with dental impressions, molds, and digital scans to produce accurate orthodontic devices - Operate dental lab equipment and maintain a clean, organized lab space - Ensure quality control and support product development - Collaborate with orthodontists and other technicians for custom cases Qualifications Required: - Freshers or recent graduates from dental lab tech programs are welcome! - Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail - Willingness to learn dental lab procedures and use technical equipment - Team player with a positive, proactive attitude - Basic knowledge of dental anatomy and orthodontic appliances is a plus Please contact Whistle at 7056031397 and share your resume at hemantgaurhr@gmail.com if you are interested in this role.
