Dental Hygienist

Job Responsibilities

• To provide preventive care in endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, paediatric dentistry work areas
• To support in cleaning, screening, root planning preventive care plan
• To perform dental clinical functions for scaling, Fluoride application, pit and fissure sealant etc.
• To remove plaque and tartar build-up from teeth and support in scaling and polishing.
• To mobilize patient crowd and guide them for their planned dental treatments.
• To multi-task assigned tasks in the absence of other non – teaching staffs
• To give Oral hygiene instructions and basic post – operative instructions to patients as instructed by Dentists
• To maintain stainless steel crown, dental equipment’s, dental chairs and procedural tools.
• Must be able to communicate with Dentists and patients regarding diet, procedures, patient dental illness, oral hygiene care.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have bachelor's degree in dental hygiene / Diploma Certificate in Dental Hygienist Course with relevant work experience
• Ability to work in Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, paediatric dentistry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
