Job Brief We are currently hiring Senior BDS / MDS Dentists for our Bangalore locations. Immediate joiners are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to fluently converse in Kannada for effective patient engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental consultations, diagnosis, and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols. Communicate effectively with patients in Kannada , ensuring they understand treatment options and procedures. Maintain high standards of patient care, sterilization, and infection control. Build patient trust and encourage treatment acceptance through ethical case conversions. Keep accurate and detailed case records for all patients. Collaborate with clinic staff for smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: BDS / MDS (Senior candidates preferred). Experience: Minimum 4 years of total work experience in dentistry. Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada; proficiency in English and Hindi preferred. Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills. Ability to handle diverse cases with professionalism and empathy.
